Too many bugs and support team doesnt care.
I bought 2 years worth of premium service and this is what I get. An app that is half functional and a team that doesnt care.
I have been using this app for one year now. As a premium user who pays for the service, I should have some support with all the bugs I have.
I cannot use the translator ,
I cannot see my followers or people Im following(the screen freezes), I cannot see comments from posts or things that I post(it is a blank screen). These are bad bugs that Ive been dealing with for months and months and Ive got no support from the HelloTalk team. They wont even reply.
At first, they were helping me try to fix it. I sent EVERYTHING. Diagnostic logs, screen captures , video captures , full detail reports on when and how things occurred , and they couldnt figure it out.
They said wait until the next update. Theres been at least 12 updates since then and now they wont even respond to me. They are ignoring my support chats. Ive sent multiple. But they will still send me promotional messages...
