Its a fantastic idea and Im sure it will get even better in time.

There are glitches. Eg it shows me part of a conversation on one device and another part on the other device - it doesnt sync a conversation across devices.

It looks like the developer is heading toward aggressive advertising alas. Eg you get a notification to tell you theres a new ad for an app in hello talk! Come on!! Monetize sensibly. Use subtlety!
